Highclere Castle

A much-loved real home and fictional home, Downtown Abbey, first filmed at Highclere Castle in 2010. This beautiful country estate and surrounding countryside creates the ultimate backdrop. Hosting a variety of tours throughout the year to explore the castle and grounds. Please note, photography is not permitted within the castle, but it is allowed outside for personal use only.

Bombay Sapphire Distillery

Discover the artistry behind Bombay Sapphire gin at the Bombay Sapphire Distillery, Laverstoke Mill. A photographer’s haven for shots, there’s the iconic distillery itself which is positioned next to the river test with its crystal-clear chalk stream waters. The distinctive intertwining glasshouses provide a stunning background. The tour provides ample opportunities for close up shots of botanicals, ingredients and glassware.

The Flower Plot Sunflowers
Hartley Wespall, Hook, Hampshire, RG27 0BL

The Flower Pot is open for a short time during August to pick your own Sunflowers, when the fields are ablaze with the joyful colour of sunshine to fill your grid! You’ll find lots of fun photo props including a large swing, oversize lettering, haybales and of course thousands of sunflowers, and you get to take five of your chosen sunflowers home as a memento.

Bourne Valley PYO
Strawberry Fields, Hampshire, Egbury Rd, St Mary Bourne, Andover, SP11 6DQ

Bourne Valley Fruit Farm is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty, near to the idyllic village of St Mary Bourne. During picking season, head to the picking fields to find rows and rows of raised beds full of juicy fresh strawberries. There is also a café, play area, hay bales and a playground perfect for younger ones.

Dummer Down Brewery
Dummer Down Farm, Dummer, Hampshire, RG25 2AR

You’ll find this family run micro-brewery and taproom located on Dummer Down Farm, open on Fridays and Saturdays throughout the spring and summer months. Keep an eye on their socials for a rotating monthly menu of local street food vendors with Instagram worthy dishes and exciting upcoming workshops and events.
