Pick up a trail map from Basingstoke Aquadrome, McDonalds or Loddon Vale Bowls and find all the points on the trail and enter our prize draw for a chance to win a special Christmas gift!

Leisure Park Christmas Trail Prize - Terms and Conditions

The competition:

Christmas Present Posters will be displayed throughout Basingstoke Leisure Park from Sunday 1 December to Tuesday 31 December 2024. The aim of the trail is to locate all 10 posters and complete the trail entry form on the trail map to be entered into a prize draw.  

Participants will be able to collect a trail map from the Aquadrome, McDonalds and Loddon Vale Bowls during the business’s opening hours from (Sunday 1 December to Tuesday 31 December 2024 – please refer to their websites for opening times). Participants can be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win one of 4 available prizes.

• The Christmas Trail Prize Draw is operated by Basingstoke Leisure Park with the support of Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council of Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, RG21 4AH.
• Entry into this prize draw shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions and your agreement to be bound by them. These terms and conditions will take effect immediately upon entry to the prize draw.

Who can enter?

The Christmas Trail Prize Draw is open to all UK residents free of charge.

How to enter?

Participants must complete the Christmas trail on the trail map and send a photo of the completed entry form to hello@lovebasingstoke.co.uk by 4pm on Tuesday 31 December 2024.  All competition entries received after the Closing Date will not be counted.

Only one entry per person will be entered into the draw.

The prize:

There are 4 available prizes:

• A family swim (for 2 adults and 2 children that can be used at weekends or school holidays between 10am and 4pm) at Basingstoke Aquadrome
• 2 x meal vouchers for 5 free meals at McDonalds (2 prizes)
• 1x Voucher for 3 bowling sessions at Loddon Vale Bowls for one person.

Winners will be selected at random for each of these prizes. There is no option to choose. There are no cash alternatives.

Winners:

The winners will be contacted via email within one week of the closing date for entries using the email address provided on the entry form.

We will publish the winners on the Basingstoke Leisure Park Facebook page once the winners have been contacted.

Claiming the prize:

Vouchers for the Aquadrome and McDonalds prizes will be posted to winners within 2 weeks of announcement of the winners on the Facebook page. We will contact people to confirm postal addresses before these are sent.

The winner of the voucher for the bowling sessions will be contacted by the Council via email. The winners’ name, telephone number and email address will be sent to Loddon Vale Bowls who will arrange the bowling sessions.

By entering the prize draw you are confirming you give permission for your name, telephone number and email address to be passed on to Loddon Vale Bowls. Loddon Vale Bowls are not permitted to use your telephone number or email address for anything other than the purposes of this prize draw.

The Aquadrome Vouchers must be used within 6 months of date of issue.

Data Protection and Publicity

Personal information will only be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act, the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 and other applicable data privacy laws. See above for information regarding announcement of winners. 

General

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Basingstoke Leisure Park at its sole discretion, reserves the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.

Basingstoke Leisure Park reserves the right to suspend, amend or cancel the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
